Hi! I’m Conrad.
It all started a morning in 1990…
I came into this world on hard mode, born through a C-section due to some complications. But I was lucky enough to have an incredible mother who I am forever grateful for, especially now that I am a parent myself.
Growing up, my younger sister and I experienced the typical blue-collar lifestyle in a city inside of Sacramento, California. But life had more challenges in store for me.
My name is Conrad, and I am a former peace officer who was injured on the job. I thought graduating high school in 2009 was bad luck, but the injury left me with a disability that prevented me from continuing my career.
At first, I was devastated. Being an active and independent person, I found myself suddenly unable to work and relying on others for help. The stress of taking care of my family and not having the skill set for other careers weighed heavily on me.
But I refused to give up. I was determined to find a way to provide for my family and live a fulfilling life, despite my disability. I refused to let it define me or hold me back from living my life to the fullest.
That’s when I decided to take control of my circumstances and find new ways to make money. I learned how to control my finances and started a Marketing Agency to help businesses improve their online presence. It wasn’t easy, but through hard work and perseverance, I was able to build a successful online business that allows me to support my family and live life on my own terms.
Now, I am just a guy who wants to enjoy life and help others live their lives their way. I know firsthand the challenges that come with living with a disability, and I want to use my experiences to help others overcome their own obstacles.
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. I hope that my story inspires you to never give up and always keep fighting for what you believe in. Let’s embrace life’s challenges and turn them into opportunities for growth and success!

Job Title: Founder
I grew up in a world of scarcity. My parents, hardworking and well-intentioned, lacked any sense of personal finance. We struggled to make ends meet, and I was determined not to live that way forever.
My escape came in the form of books, math, sports, and video games. But it wasn’t until I stumbled upon some captivating YouTube videos about investing and making money that I truly found my calling.
At just sixteen years old, I made it my goal to get a high-paying career and invest as much of my earnings as possible. I started off strong, investing well in the stock market and dabbling into real estate.
My career choice at the time, Civil Engineering, seemed just like the high paying job I needed. But being a civil engineer, as I thought I wanted to be, was soul-crushing. I knew I needed to make more money, and fast.
So, I did what any sane person would do – I became a state police officer. It was a complete U-turn from my previous career path, but the pay was better and the pension was attractive.
But it wasn’t all sunshine and roses. The risk was high, and I ended up severely injured while on duty. The injury left me disabled and forced me to retire early, all while my partner and I were expecting our first child.
But I’m not one to give up easily. I continued investing in real estate, building up my dividend portfolio, and eventually starting my own company in 2020.
And now, I’m on a mission to help others like me – people who don’t have any financial role models and don’t know where to turn for help. I want to create a brand that can guide and teach those who are lost in the financial world, a brand that can make a real difference in people’s lives.
Who knows where this journey will take me next? But one thing’s for sure – I won’t stop until I’ve made a positive impact on as many people’s lives as possible.
